An update for our clients
We wanted to reach out to our clients and provide an update during this challenging period.
Firstly our Envie clinics are open as usual. We are working in line with the government and Public Health England to ensure that our clinical standards are safe.
Safety and hygiene measures in Envie clinics
1)All our staff follows rigorous hygiene polices including double cleansing and sanitising all the equipment and our rooms.
2)We make sure all treatment rooms are washed and sanitised before and after every single client – our clients and employees health and safety is our primary concern.
3)In all of our Envie clinics, we use disposable gloves when performing laser treatment. We also use disposable wipes to clean the skin and disposable spatulas to apply and remove the gel .
4)Each of our client is given a sanitising spray to sanitise hands before the treatment
5)Using disposable couch roll, all our disposable consumables are disposable – everything is used only once.
Travel guidance for our clients
If you are visiting our clinics using public transport please take measures to protect yourself including social distancing where possible, wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds, always wash your hands when you get home or into work, use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze

New Flexible payment options
During this time to support our clients we are allowing customers, where needed, to book their treatment packages at our package deal rate but pay as you go in our clinics at each appointment rather than paying the full amount upfront. Please ask our customer care team when booking.
Further Important information for all clients
- If you have travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days please contact us to reschedule your appointment
- If you feel unwell please stay at home and reschedule your appointment
- If you are pregnant or have underlying health issues, you should be self-isolating.
If you are unsure whether if you should be coming into the clinic, please give us a call and our team will advise you of the best course of action.
